   Canadian Pacific Railway Company of Liverpool have bought a cargo ship being built at Sarpsborg, Norway, and is due to be launched 22nd March.

   She will be named BEAVERFIR and registered in Liverpool and is 4,539 gross tons, is 373 feet long, 50 feet breadth, has a service speed of 14 ½ knots and is expected to be delivered in June for service on the U.K. to Great Lakes service.
