The RMAS tug ELKHOUND (tugmaster Kerr)

towed the water tanker SPA from Greenock to

 the roadstead off Ardrossan Harbour, arriving

 about 1500, then the Ardrossan tug SEAWAY

 met them at the roadstead and both tugs towed

 SPA to Ardrossan Harbour and into the

Ardrossan Dockyard, arriving at 1535.

   ELKHOUND, on being released, left Ardrossan

Harbour at 1610 to return to Greenock.
