   She reported her position as 50 miles north-west of

Terschelling, Netherlands, and on passage light-ship

from Oslo (Norway) to Texas (USA).


   The Dutch salvage tug HOLLAND of  NV Schheepvaart

Mij G. Doeksen & Zonen attended from Harlingen and

stood by the tanker whose crew were attempting to make repairs.

  

    BARON KILMARNOCK was built in 1953 by the Caledon

Shipyard at Dundee and is registered in Ardrossan, Scotland.
