A tanker, built in Emden, Germany, and completed in 1963 for British owners.
Length 559 feet (170.5 metres), beam 72 feet (22 metres) and a diesel engine drove a single propeller to give a service speed of 14.5 knots.
In 1973 she was sold and renamed Cherryleaf, sold again in 1980 and reverted again to her original name of Overseas Adventurer, and was resold in 1981 and named Petrostar XV1.
In April 1986 she was damaged by rockets fired from aircraft, 5 miles north-east of Halul Island, Qatar, Arabian Gulf, and, it being uneconomic to repair her, she went to the shipbreakers in January 1987 at Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
