PACIFIC FORTUNE arrived at Plantation Quay, Glasgow at 0935 on 5th March 1962. The dock log-book shows the date of arrival as 5th February, but this is incorrect and is actually 5th March, and is verified from the book's index and previous and following vessels arrivals. On 6th March at 1000 PACIFIC FORTUNE bunkered 200 tons of fuel oil from the harbour oiler CLANITY She left the berth in Plantation Quay at 1112 on 7th March for Meadowside Quay, Glasgow, to discharge grain. On shifting, her draught forward was 21' 7" and aft 21' 1" |
