The Norwegian ocean tanker NORDHAV arrived in Ardrossan Harbour at 1050 on 27th July 1961 from Stanlow via Belfast, and was docked in the tanker berth by the tugs SEAWAY and CAMPAIGNER.

After completing discharge she was assisted from the harbour to Ardrossan roads by the tugs SEAWAY and STRONGBOW at 0005 on 29th July, and left for her light-ship voyage to Curacoa.
