   TEESFIELD arrived at berth 17/18 Rothesay Dock, Clydebank, Glasgow, at 2325 on Christmas Day, 25th December 1962 from the nearby Old Kilpatrick Oil Depot on the River Clyde.   She had a cargo of part fuel oil (outwards) and was drawing 24 feet forward and 24’ 4” aft.

   At 0600 the following morning, 26th December, which was low water, the ship had the same draught but was lying with her bow 10 feet off the quay and stern alongside the quay, and there was an even strain on the moorings.

   TEESFIELD left Rothesay Dock at 0937 on 26th December for Liverpool with her cargo of part fuel oil (outwards) and was drawing 24 feet forward and 24’ 4” aft.
