Storms in the North Atlantic have delayed the arrival at Greenock of the Canadian Pacific Liner EMPRESS OF ENGLAND which is coming from New York after completing her series of winter cruises to the Caribbean.

The ship was due at Greenock’s Tail-of-the-Bank on 27th March and after she arrives today and disembarks a number of passengers she will leave for Liverpool to take up her summer sailings to Canada.
