Sharp-eyed readers may have noticed that the ship's agents City Line of Glasgow had advertised that RUNSWICK would leave Glasgow for Birkenhead to finish loading cargo for Africa.   But the Dockmaster's Book for Prince's Dock shows that RUNSWICK left Glasgow for Swansea (south Wales, UK).
