Ardrossan pilot boat brings an injured sailor from HMS Oberon to Ardrossan

When the submarine HMS "Oberon" was taking part in exercises in the Firth of Clyde on Thursday of last week, one of her ratings was scalded by escaping steam.
The rating was transferred to Ardrossan pilot boat, which brought him ashore where an ambulance was waiting to take him to Ballochmyle Hospital.
