Advertisment in 1969 by C.P. Ships for a Hull Inspector to assist in tankers building in Japan

NAVAL ARCHITECTS DEPARTMENT

TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT

 

A Hull Inspector will be required to assist our Hull Superintendent in construction of large tankers building in Japan, for a period of 18-24 months, commencing about middle 1969.

Shipyard steelwork and outfitting experience essential rather than technical qualifications.

The applicant should be under 40 years of age and preferably single, but married men will be considered.

U.K. salary and generous overseas subsistence will be paid.
